Another loss for Milan in the Italian League
The Milan team returned to continue its series of negative results by falling into the trap of losing to its host Torino by three goals to one, on Saturday, at the “Olympic Stadium of Turin” in the 37th round of the Italian League.
The hosts' goals were scored by Colombian Duvan Zapata, Serbian Ivan Ilicic and Swiss Ricardo Rodriguez in the 26th, 40th and 46th minutes, while Milan reduced the gap through Algerian Ismail Bennacer from a penalty kick in the 55th minute.
The Rossoneri achieved only one win during the last 6 rounds of the competition, after drawing 3 matches and losing two, so that its score froze at 74 points, but it maintained its position in second place behind leaders Inter Milan.
On the other hand, Torino, with this win, raised its score to 53 points in ninth place, one point behind Fiorentina, in eighth place, which is the qualifying position for the European Conference League.
