Netanyahu: Hamas’ proposal is far from the necessary demands of Tel Aviv

Israeli occupation Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that Hamas's proposal is far from the necessary demands of Tel Aviv.

Netanyahu added, in his statements on Tuesday, that “the goal of yesterday’s proposal was to undermine the entry of forces into Rafah, and this did not happen,” he said.

He continued: “We will not allow Hamas to rebuild its military capabilities and restore rule in the Gaza Strip.

Netanyahu considered the entry of the Israeli occupation army into Rafah “a very important step,” as he described it.

The Israeli occupation army forces, through the 162nd Division, began carrying out a surprise operation, claiming to neutralize targets belonging to the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas, east of the city of Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip.
