Israeli forces storm the Rafah crossing and stop the entry of aid through it

On Tuesday morning, Israeli forces stormed the Rafah land crossing, on the border between the Gaza Strip and Egypt.

Israeli tanks were seen storming the land crossing that connects the Gaza Strip to the outside world.

Bulldozers demolished several landmarks inside the crossing, while bulldozers began extensive sweeping operations inside it.

The Israeli forces are trying to control the Philadelphia axis along the border between the Gaza Strip and Egypt, but an Israeli military spokesman claimed that the operation was partial in the eastern areas of the city of Rafah.

The Crossings and Borders Authority announced the complete cessation of the entry of aid into the sector, in addition to the cessation of travel.

Rafah witnessed a series of violent air strikes, leaving many martyrs and wounded.

This comes hours after the Hamas movement responded to the proposal submitted to it regarding reaching an agreement regarding a ceasefire in Gaza, which Israel downplayed and considered it merely manipulation by the movement, confirming at the same time that it would send a delegation to the negotiations.
