Israel launches a campaign of arrests and raids in the West Bank

Last night, the Israeli occupation forces launched a campaign of arrests and raids in various areas of the West Bank.


An Israeli force raided a house in the city of Tulkarm, in the northern West Bank, and arrested the young man, Ashraf Dhiyab, after severely beating him.


The force opened fire on a vehicle and pursued it through the streets of the city, but no injuries were reported.


In Jenin, the Israeli forces arrested the young man, Hamza Jarban, from Rummana, west of Jenin, as he passed through a military checkpoint near Jericho, while confrontations took place in the towns of Araba and Ya`bad after they stormed them.


In Hebron, large forces stormed the city and the town of Surif, as well as Al-Samou, where they seized two vehicles.


Meanwhile, other forces stormed the town of Aqraba, south of Nablus, with a number of vehicles and roamed its streets and neighborhoods. The Israeli occupation soldiers also raided a house, without any arrests being reported.


Other forces stormed the towns of Hajjah and Kafr Qaddum, east of Qalqilya, without any arrests reported.
