West Bank: Palestinian injuries as a result of Israeli settler attacks in Salfit and Bethlehem

Two citizens were injured, Monday evening, in an attack carried out by settlers in the cities of Salfit and Bethlehem.

In Salfit, five citizens were injured and bruised in a settler attack on the town of Bruqin, west of the city.

According to local sources, a group from the “Brukhin” settlement, which was violently established on citizens’ lands, under the protection of Israeli occupation soldiers, attacked citizens’ homes, vehicles, and commercial stores and threw stones at them, causing injury to members of a family, after which they were transferred to Salfit Governmental Hospital.

The sources added that the settlers smashed the windows of a house and a vehicle owned by a citizen, causing panic and fear among his family members. They also smashed the windows of two vehicles.

In Bethlehem, a number of settlers attacked a vehicle with stones near the “Gush Etzion” settlement complex, wounding two citizens, who were subsequently taken to the hospital, in addition to damaging the vehicle.
