West Bank: Israel builds colonial roads and uproots trees west of Salfit
The Israeli forces continued to build colonial roads and uproot more than 50 trees from the lands of the village of Sarta, west of Salfit.
According to local sources, about a week ago, these forces began bulldozing citizens’ lands east of the village, demolishing tree chains, uprooting perennial olive trees, and destroying several citizens’ agricultural crops with the aim of constructing colonial roads for the “Barkan” colony.
The sources indicated that the Israeli forces prevented farmers from reaching their lands in that area.
