Gaza war: Continuous raids and battles in Gaza: The death toll rises to 17,487 dead
The death toll from the ongoing Israeli war on the Gaza Strip rose to 17,487 dead, and 46,480 injured, as air and artillery strikes continued on populated areas and homes throughout the Strip. The death toll among Israeli soldiers rose to 420, according to the Israeli army, which announced today that 4 more of its soldiers were killed in battle.
This comes as the resistance continues to bomb Israeli towns, including Tel Aviv and other towns in the center and south of the country, while fierce battles are taking place with Israeli army forces penetrating into several axes.
The Ministry of Health in Gaza said that the occupation forces are besieging Kamal Adwan Hospital in northern Gaza, and are firing heavily towards the courtyards and patient rooms, while medical staff and the wounded are without water, food, or treatment.
The Ministry of Health appealed to all parties to protect those in Kamal Adwan Hospital and provide water, food, and treatment to the wounded and sick. It also called for the establishment of medical points and mobile clinics in the western regions of Khan Yunis and Rafah to provide health care to the displaced as a result of their inability to access health services.
As the Israeli army intensified its air, land and sea attacks on the Gaza Strip, hundreds took refuge in camps in open areas south of the city of Rafah, near the Egyptian border.
