Arif Hammad, the grandfather of the detained child, Nofoz Hammad, said this evening, Sunday, that they do not know anything about Nofoz and fear for her fate after retracting her release yesterday, Saturday, and that the list issued today does not include her name either.

He added that lawyers informed the family that his granddaughter was beaten and assaulted after retracting her release, and that the released male and female detainees confirmed that they saw Nofoz with the detainees intended to be released before the occupation withdrew her from the waiting area for release and took her to an unknown location.

He added: "Our daughter was supposed to go out with the first batch, but it was postponed. Yesterday, her father waited for her until twelve-thirty at night, but she did not return home. Since this morning, we and the lawyers have not known her whereabouts. We received information that she was beaten and taken to the hospital."

It is noteworthy that the child Nofoz Hammad (16 years old) has been detained for two years, and was sentenced to 12 years in prison, a fine of fifty thousand shekels, and a suspension of execution for 3 years.
