The Israeli Border Guard forces claimed, on Tuesday, that they had thwarted two stabbing attacks in occupied Jerusalem and Nablus.
According to a statement by those forces, they arrested a Palestinian last night in the Old City of Jerusalem after he moved suspiciously, before he was stopped, searched, and found in his possession "scissors" with which he planned to carry out a stabbing operation.
A young man from Arraba in Jenin was arrested, claiming that he attempted to carry out a stabbing attack near the intersection of Yitzhar settlement, south of Nablus.
