Lavrov: The Occident is engaged in “direct combat” against Russia in Ukraine

On Saturday, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, from the United Nations podium, accused Western countries of waging "direct combat" against Russia in Ukraine.

Lavrov said, "You can call it whatever you want, but they are fighting us, fighting us directly. We call it a hybrid war, but that does not change the reality," referring to financial aid, weapons, and "mercenaries" coming from Western countries.
