The Hebrew Channel 12 reported, on Saturday evening, that the Egyptian authorities had arrested an Israeli last Thursday at the Taba border crossing.
According to the Hebrew channel, the detainee is a resident of Holon, south of Tel Aviv, and he was arrested after several bullets were found in his possession.
The Israeli Foreign Ministry said that it is following up his case and working for his release.
