Prime Minister Muhammad Shtayyeh called on the International Criminal Court to hold Israel accountable for its crimes against the Palestinian people.
Shtayyeh issued a statement on Thursday saying that "the absence of punishment encourages the occupation to continue committing other crimes."
His comment referred to the killing of 32-year-old Mustafa al-Kastouni and the wounding of a female employee of the Palestinian Health Ministry by Israeli occupation forces in Jenin earlier on Thursday.
