At dawn on Sunday, settlers burned a vehicle and damaged several others, after they infiltrated the town of Al-Mughayyir, northeast of Ramallah.
According to local sources, a group of settlers arrived in the village, burned a vehicle belonging to a citizen, and damaged the tires of 8 other vehicles.
The settlers wrote racist slogans calling for the killing of Arabs.
