Jerusalem - Pal Sport Agency / The first military swimming championship was inaugurated in the Sudanese capital, Khartoum, today, Monday, in the presence of the official presence of the leadership of the Sudanese Armed Forces and the presence of the military attache at the Embassy of the State of Palestine. It was marked by the presence of a group of the Palestinian community who came to support the military swimming team.
The opening ceremony included a speech by the Sudanese Armed Forces delivered by the Sudanese Deputy Chief of Staff and the speech of the Arab Union for Military Sports, under whose supervision the tournament is being held, and a presentation of Sudanese folklore and show swimming.
The preliminary competitions for the 400-meter freestyle, 50-meter breaststroke, 200-meter backstroke and individual medley, 100-meter butterfly and freestyle, and 4 * 200-meter freestyle relay were launched.
