Occupation Foreign Minister attacks 'technocrat' government proposal, describes it as a maneuver to protect Hamas's weapons

The official in the occupation government stressed Tel Aviv's categorical rejection of any political or administrative arrangements in the Gaza Strip that would allow the military infrastructure of Palestinian factions to remain. Sources confirmed that the occupation views the continued presence of weapons in the movement's hands as a direct and continuous threat to its security, regardless of the identity of the entity managing civilian and service institutions.

According to the vision put forth by the Occupation Foreign Minister, Hamas seeks through these proposals to place the burdens of daily administration and municipal services on the technocrat committee, allowing it to dedicate itself to strengthening its combat capabilities.
