Three weeks of "nervous truce": Statistics on the widespread violations of the occupation

The Israeli occupation continues to commit widespread violations of the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip, despite more than three weeks having passed since its implementation. These include serious field and humanitarian violations, ranging from shelling, incursions, and arrests.

The Israeli killing operations have not ceased; since October 10, 2025, 250 Palestinians have been martyred by the occupation's fire, with civilians making up 91 percent of them. This includes: 97 children, who represent 39 percent of the total martyrs, 39 women (15.5 percent), 10 elderly individuals (4 percent), and 80 civilian men (32 percent), in addition to 24 resistance fighters (9.5 percent).

Regarding the withdrawal line, field violations have been recorded at distances ranging from 400 to 1500 meters inside the yellow areas, with the occupation establishing observation posts covering an area of about 35 square kilometers, in addition to placing concrete blocks outside the yellow line at distances ranging from 400 to 1050 meters.

On the humanitarian front, the occupation has not adhered to the terms for the entry of aid, as only 9-10 percent of the agreed fuel trucks have entered. Only about 50 trucks have actually entered out of the 99 trucks per day stipulated in the agreement, according to Hamas.

Since the ceasefire, the rates of direct targeting of civilians in the "yellow line" areas and adjacent regions have increased. The total number of martyrs is estimated, according to detailed tables, at 250 martyrs distributed across several governorates, most notably Khan Younis, Gaza, and the Middle Area, with targeting concentrated in the areas of Al-Zawayda, Al-Shuja'iyya, and Bani Suheila.

Data shows that most martyrs died as a result of rocket fire and airstrikes, followed by cases of gunfire from "quadcopter" drones, and then direct live ammunition from the invading forces in the eastern sector.

In terms of age distribution, the list included martyrs from various categories, with a high percentage of children under the age of 12, in addition to women and the elderly.

Entire families have been observed to have perished in a single bombing, particularly in the Al-Zeitoun neighborhood and Al-Awda Hospital in Al-Nuseirat, where more than ten cases of a single family were recorded during one day of airstrikes.

Incidents of shelling without warning occurred repeatedly in more than twenty incidents during the days between October 14 and 21, 2025, which witnessed the highest rate of martyrs.

The injured: The occupation's violations have resulted in more than 574 Palestinians being injured, the vast majority of whom are civilians. More than a third of the injured are children, and nearly a quarter are women, along with a number of elderly individuals.

Injuries were distributed among the governorates of Gaza, Khan Younis, the north, and the Middle Area, with a noticeable increase in the number of wounded in the areas of Al-Shuja'iyya, Al-Zeitoun, Jabalia, and Abasan.

The causes of injuries varied between air and artillery bombardment, direct gunfire, and targeting by drones.

Government data from the Gaza Strip indicated that injuries ranged from serious to moderate and mild, with serious injuries recorded at over 20 percent of the total, while others were injured by shrapnel and sustained permanent physical damage.

A number of injuries were recorded among medical and ambulance crews while they were working to transport the wounded, reflecting a systematic targeting of the health sector during the ceasefire period.

The prisoners: Data showed that the occupation carried out a series of organized arrests during the period from October 15 to 30, 2025, which included at least 20 detainees in the areas east of Rafah, the Gaza Sea, and the Khan Younis Sea.

Most of the arrests were concentrated in the yellow areas under the occupation's control, especially during fishing activities and work near the sea or the eastern border.

Data shows that almost all detainees are civilians, and most were arrested while fishing or after limited field incursions, in clear violation of the agreement that guarantees freedom of movement for civilians.

Mass arrests were repeated in eastern Rafah on October 15, where eight civilians were detained in a single incident, in addition to seven fishermen who were arrested in two subsequent batches in the Khan Younis and Gaza seas.

Daily assaults: Data documented about 177 separate incidents that occurred during the period from October 10 to 31, 2025, with a daily average ranging
