The Palestinian Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced in its daily report issued on Sunday that 88dead and 421 injuries arrived at hospitals in the strip over the past twenty-four hours due to the ongoing Israeli aggression.
The ministry indicated that a number of victims are still under the rubble and in the streets, as rescue and civil defense teams face significant difficulties in reaching and retrieving them.
With these new figures, the total toll of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, rises to 63,459 dead and 160,256 injured.
As part of what is known as "martyrs of the daily bread," the ministry documented the martyrdom of 30 Palestinians and the injury of 166 others in the past 24 hours while attempting to obtain humanitarian aid.
Thus, the total number of victims targeted in aid gatherings rises to 2,248 martyrs and more than 16,600 injured.
The hospitals in the strip also recorded 7 new deaths due to acute starvation and malnutrition, raising the total death toll from hunger to 339 cases, including 124 children, highlighting the worsening humanitarian disaster in the strip.
The situation in Gaza is catastrophic, and aid is contingent upon the occupation allowing its entry.
