The Israeli prosecution rejects Netanyahu’s request to postpone his testimony in corruption cases

Today, Sunday, the Israeli Public Prosecution rejected Benjamin Netanyahu’s request to postpone his testimony in the framework of his trial for serious corruption violations until March of next year, and informed the District Court that it requests that he submit his testimony no later than the beginning of next November.

The prosecution’s response to Netanyahu’s lawyer’s request to postpone his testimony stated that the stage of submitting the defense lawyer’s appeals must begin after the Jewish holidays next October, and that a period of four months is given to the defendants, “an extremely long period.”
