Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriate Affairs, Ayman Al-Safadi, expected on Sunday that Israel would focus on goals beyond its declared goals for the war in Gaza.
He added, during his participation as a keynote speaker in the opening session of the twenty-first edition of the Doha Forum under the title “What now for the Middle East,” that the war in Gaza can be described as a systematic effort to empty the Gaza Strip of its population.
Al-Safadi talks about the efforts made to stop the raging war in Gaza, the suffering and humanitarian catastrophe it produces, and the necessity of protecting civilians.
During his participation, the Minister of Foreign Affairs emphasizes the need for Israel to comply with the rules of international law and international humanitarian law.
