The head of the Hamas political bureau, Ismail Haniyeh, revealed in a direct speech today, Wednesday, that his movement informed the mediators “of the necessity of putting an end to genocide” in the Gaza Strip, and presented a vision that begins with a ceasefire, opening the crossings, conducting a prisoner exchange, and opening a political path.
Haniyeh called on the supporters of the Israeli occupation, led by the United States, to stop this support and stop obstructing the international will.
In a message to the occupation army, Haniyeh said that “hiding behind massacres will not save the occupation from the resounding defeat in (the flood of Al-Aqsa),” and stressed that the head of the occupation government, Benjamin Netanyahu, “is one of the most important causes of the war,” and that his government is “a right-wing fascist group that is only thinking of saving it.” And his family from prison, even at the cost of destroying the region.”
The head of Hamas's political bureau called for not closing the Rafah crossing in both directions, and for keeping it open as a Palestinian-Arab crossing.
Regarding what is happening on the battlefield, Haniyeh explained that “the Al-Qassam Brigades are valiantly confronting the enemy’s tanks and continuous bombardment,” saying that “the enemy’s losses are much greater than what is announced, and what we will publish will surprise its people,” stressing that “the steadfastness of the Palestinian people has thwarted the enemy’s plans for a catastrophe.” New,” stressing that this battle “is a fateful battle between neo-Nazis and those who believe in civilization and coexistence.”
Haniyeh stated that the brutal war against Gaza and its people is still continuing, but the Palestinian resistance is “fighting this battle ably.” The head of Hamas’s political bureau stated that he had warned of “the occupation’s measures and policies in Al-Aqsa, the continuation of settlement, and the explosion of the situation, without anyone listening to our call.” He directed his greetings to “the free people of the world and the Arab peoples, for standing with steadfast Gaza,” and he also thanked “the resistance fronts for their stance.”
