Jordanian Prime Minister: Jordan will dispatch 45 thousand tons of wheat and grains and 7 medicine trucks to Palestine

Jordanian Prime Minister Bisher Al-Khasawneh said that in response to the directives of King Abdullah II, the Council of Ministers decided to allocate 45 thousand tons of wheat and grains and 7 trucks of medicines, medical and pharmaceutical needs and equipment to the West Bank and arrangements are underway to send them, adding that the path of humanitarian aid continues to the West Bank and Gaza.


Al-Khasawneh indicated, in his speech at the Jordanian Cabinet session on Sunday, that the advanced effort led by King Abdullah II succeeded in issuing a resolution from the United Nations General Assembly calling for a ceasefire and a sustainable humanitarian truce, and many basic contents and elements in support of the Palestinian people.
