Tunisia discusses ways to support the Palestinian people at diplomatic and health levels
Today, Monday, at the Carthage Palace, the President of the Republic of Tunisia, Kais Saied, chaired a working session that included: Prime Minister Ahmed El Hachani, Minister of National Defense Imad Mamish, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad Nabil Ammar, Minister of Social Affairs Malek Zahi, and Minister of Health Ali Murabit. The Minister Advisor to the President of the Republic, Mustafa Ferjani, and the President of the Tunisian Red Crescent, Abdel Latif Chabou.
During the meeting, ways to support the Palestinian people were discussed at the diplomatic level and in the health field, especially by providing the Palestinian people with the medicines, surgical tools, and blood donations, in addition to directing field electric generators, especially after the power was cut off in a large part of the Gaza Strip. .
Contacts took place between the Tunisian Red Crescent and its Palestinian counterpart to determine what the brothers need in their confrontation with the Israeli occupation.
In the same context, the possibility of transporting a number of wounded Palestinians to Tunisia was discussed.
