Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Galant contented himself with signing a decision last night to deport the settler Elisha (Elisha) Yared from the West Bank for a period of 6 months.

Wiard is an extremist right-wing settler known for his hostility to the Palestinians. He participated in the killing of the martyr Qusay Maatan in the village of Burqa, near Ramallah, several months ago.

Yared, a former political activist in the Jewish Power Party led by Itamar Ben Gvir, was subjected to an investigation by the Shin Bet and the Israeli police for his participation in the crime.
