11 Palestinians killed in clashes in Lebanon refugee camp
Eleven Palestinians have been killed in inter-factional fighting in Lebanon's Ein el-Hilwe refugee camp in the last three days
The fighting between Fatah and Islamist factions in the southern Lebanon camp started on Sunday and have seen at least 40 others injured in the fighting.
Fatah confirmed that one of its commanders in the camp was killed in the confrontations.
Hamas has called for talks to de-escalate the situation.
As the fighting continued into its third day, residents of the camp were urged to remain in their houses.
The violence kicked off as Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas and Palestinian political chief Ismail Haniyeh met in Egypt on Sunday in reconciliation talks. There were no immediate announcements after the meeting that indicated any breakthrough.
