Injuries and arrests in raids and confrontations in the West Bank
Many citizens were injured and arrested, last night and Tuesday morning, during raids and confrontations that took place in several areas in the West Bank.
According to local sources, the occupation forces arrested the editor Uday Bani Odeh from Tammun, and the young man Majed Aidi from Al-Fara'a camp, south of Tubas.
Meanwhile, Muhammad Daoud Shusha (25 years old), Alaa Tariq Hamamreh (24 years old), and Anas Za’oul (24 years old) were arrested after raiding and searching the homes of their families in the town of Husan, west of Bethlehem.
A young man was wounded by the occupation forces' bullets, during violent clashes that erupted at dawn at the southern entrance to the city of Jericho.
Local sources reported that a young man was wounded by live bullets in the Al-Qadam area and was taken to the hospital for treatment.
The occupation forces closed the entrance to the vehicles of the citizens entering the city and prevented them from passing completely.
Other forces also closed the iron gate leading to al-Jalazoun refugee camp, north of al-Bireh, and prevented citizens' vehicles from passing through, forcing them to take detours to reach their jobs.
The entrance to the town of Beita, south of Nablus, was also closed with earthen mounds.
