Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said, last night, that what is happening in Russia, especially after the rebellion of what is known as the Wagner forces, is an internal Russian matter, and Israel does not interfere in it.

Netanyahu indicated, following an assessment session he held in his office in Jerusalem, that his government would continue to monitor developments closely.

Netanyahu's office did not issue any warnings to Israelis about traveling to Russia, as was expected.

Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, Foreign Minister Eli Cohen, and leaders of the security services participated in the evaluation session.
