Several Palestinians injured in clashes with Israeli forces across West Bank
A Palestinian child was detained and several others were injured in clashes with Israelis forced across the occupied West Bank on Friday.
Israeli occupation forces fired rubber bullets at Palestinians, as well as tear gas and stun grenades.
The clashes erupted after far-right National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir led a delegation to Mount Sabih, known to settlers as "Evyatar," to call for the establishment of more settlements and a military operation in the occupied West Bank.
Local sources said that Israeli forces fired tear gas toward Palestinians in the village of Beit Dajan, east of Nablus, and Beita, to the south, during the weekly anti-settlement protests. The participants were treated by medical teams in the field.
Israeli forces stormed the village of Duma, south of Nablus, to arrest 14-year-old Osama Bilal Salaouda. According to local sources, he was in a car wash when Israeli forces captured him.
In Kafr Qaddum, near Nablus, four Palestinians were wounded by rubber bullets and dozens of others suffered from tear gas inhalation when the Israeli military cracked down on the weekly anti-settlement march.
