On the way to strengthening the status of the Jordanian political parties, their democratic presence, their distinction, and their cohesion, through the manifestations of alternation of power, getting rid of exclusivity and unilateralism, and establishing the values of teamwork and team spirit, depending on the results of the internal ballot boxes, away from authoritarianism and individualism, each of the following registered: 1- The Jordanian Communist Party, 2- The Jordanian Arab Socialist Baath Party, a useful and enhanced tradition of the role and status of leftist and nationalist parties, as praiseworthy models, and references to them, with national, national, and international pride.
Munir Hamarneh and Faraj Al-Tamizi insisted on vacating their positions as Secretary-General of the Jordanian Communist Party for each of them, although both of them have the ability to continue working and benefit from their expertise and experiences.
As previously, Tayseer Al-Homsi recorded, and his comrade Akram Al-Homsi followed his path and choice after him, with their two initiatives appreciated by the party’s comrades and bases, to end their organizational role in the position of secretary of the supreme leadership of the Jordanian Arab Socialist Baath Party for both of them, and they recorded successively a remarkable phenomenon that will remain remembered by the successive generations of the party in the future. , to be a model for those who come after them, in establishing traditions for each party leader to have two electoral rounds from the bases and subsequent party conferences.
Unfortunately, with all bitterness, when we observe and scrutinize the experiences and experiences of the heads of capitalist imperialist colonial states, their partisan traditions, presidentialism and other manifestations of power, we find that one of the reasons for their superiority is democratic standards, the rotation of power, and reliance on the results of the ballot boxes.
On the other hand, coupled with regret and bitterness, we find that one of the reasons for the defeat of communism, socialism, and the Soviet Union is the absence of their democratic traditions, whether at the level of their internal party organizational structures, in continuing the domination of the individual leader and his dominance for long periods, as well as at the level of their peoples who lacked democracy, the rotation of power, and the lack of Resorting to the results of the ballot boxes, in the presidential and parliamentary elections, and others.
The same situation has been experienced by the Arab countries and the countries of the Third World, which are governed formally and superficially by political parties.
There is no doubt that the two Jordanian parties: the Communist and the Baath, have benefited from the negative experiences and results of their sister or friendly parties outside Jordan, and there is also no doubt that they have the desire for the success of what they seek: a national, democratic Jordan, and partisan parliamentary governments, in line with the choice of the head of state with his modern directives. Democracy, which will not see success, unless two factors consistent with this official approach are achieved:
The first is Jordanian parties with a national reference, leadership, and action program, despite their leftist, nationalist, or Islamic tendencies.
The second is a popular choice that goes with the state's orientation towards the partisan option through parliamentary elections and their secretions to partisan governments.
What has been done and made by the Communist and Baath parties has repercussions and merits that will impose itself on the rest of the Jordanian parties, and this is what is desired and required.
