Injuries and arrests in separate areas of the West Bank

A number of citizens were wounded and a number of others were arrested, at dawn and Wednesday morning, in separate areas of the West Bank.


According to the Red Crescent, a boy was wounded by shrapnel from live bullets during clashes that erupted in the Arab camp, north of Hebron.


The occupation forces stormed the camp and fired tear gas at the youths and the citizens' homes.


The occupation forces also beat an elderly man at the entrance to Beit Einoun, east of Hebron, and he was taken to the hospital.


The occupation forces launched a massive campaign of raids in the towns of Sa'ir and Bani Naim in Hebron, and they searched homes and subjected their residents to field investigations, and arrested a number of young men and took them for interrogation.


In Nablus, the occupation forces arrested 5 citizens, including the representative of the Islamic Bloc at An-Najah University, Hossam Shtayyeh, after his arrest from the village of Tal, while the editor, Muhammad Ahmed, from Asira al-Qibliya, Salim al-Junaidi, Muhammad al-Baz, and Youssef Khabesa, were arrested from different regions.
