85 murders inside the occupied territories since the beginning of the year
Since the beginning of this year, the death toll from crimes in the occupied territories has risen to 85, after the killing of a Palestinian in Umm al-Fahm, on Tuesday evening.
According to the Hebrew website Ynet, a 53-year-old Palestinian was killed after being hit by several bullets in the upper part of his body, which he was exposed to inside the city of Umm al-Fahm.
The site indicated that the Israeli police opened an investigation into the incident.
Yesterday, he held a session in the Knesset to discuss the increase in murders, and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu dealt with it recklessly, contenting himself with inviting the leaders of the Arab parties to meet in his office to discuss this issue.
In the context, Palestinians from the occupied interior set up a protest tent in front of Netanyahu's office in Jerusalem, to demand the provision of security for them.
The tent, which the residents of the interior flock to, will continue until tomorrow, Wednesday, with the participation of the leaders of the Palestinians of the interior and the Arab members of the Knesset, both past and present.
A large banner hung in the tent read in Arabic, Hebrew and English, "The police are partners in crime."
