Gaza: 19 housing units demolished and fuel stocks are running low

The official of the government media office, Salama Maarouf, confirmed today, Thursday, that the Israeli occupation completely demolished 19 housing units, while partially demolishing 314 buildings, of which 28 were uninhabitable and 286 were partially damaged during its aggression on the Gaza Strip.

Maarouf said during a press conference, "The fuel stock in the station is about to run out, and the countdown to shutting down the station has begun," referring to the crime of collective punishment committed by the occupation by closing the crossings and preventing the entry of essential needs.

He added, "The fishing sector has completely stopped, due to the fishermen's inability to enter the sea, while large areas of agricultural lands that were bombed, as well as vegetable and poultry farms, were damaged."

He pointed out that social development provided urgent services to 46 families directly affected, with a total of 24 people.

Maarouf called on the international community to stand up to its responsibilities and put an end to this crime, which represents a new source added to the blockade imposed on the Strip for many years.

The continuous Israeli aggression has left 25 martyrs, including 6 children, 4 women, and 2 elderly people, and wounded 76 civilians, including 24 children, 13 women, and 3 elderly people.
