The occupation prevents the export of furniture from the Gaza Strip
Today, Thursday, the Israeli occupation authorities banned the export of furniture products from the Gaza Strip, with the aim of inflicting more losses on the various industries in the Strip, which are suffering due to the continuous blockade.
Today, Thursday, the Ministry of National Economy said, "It is seriously studying with its partners in the private sector to stop the supply of furniture through the Kerem Shalom crossing, to put pressure on the Israeli occupation to reopen exports of furniture."
The ministry held the occupation responsible for the consequences of the large losses that would result from the furniture industry, in addition to depriving dozens of workers of their source of work.
And she called on the international community to put pressure on the occupation to allow freedom of import and export without restrictions so that this sector can rise and overcome what the blockade left behind.
