The first batch of Palestinian students from Sudan arrived this Friday evening at the Rafah land crossing.

The Crossings and Borders Authority said: "172 students arrived in the homeland through the Rafah land crossing, as the first batch of students coming from Sudan."

She added, "The second batch of students will arrive next Sunday."

It is noteworthy that the Crossings and Borders Authority announced an exceptional opening of the Rafah land crossing today, Friday, to receive students coming from brotherly Sudan, and facilitated their entry into the Gaza Strip.
