On Sunday, the Israeli Magistrate’s Court in occupied Jerusalem passed lenient sentences against two settlers for their participation in a “hate wedding” that took place in a hall in the city in December 2015, during which a doll was displayed on which were pictures of the Dawbsha family, who were burned to death by settlers. In the town of Duma , near Nablus , in July of the same year, guns, knives, and Molotov cocktails were raised during the same wedding, amid chanting and dancing of revenge songs, with the participation of the extremist Itamar Ben Gvir , who became a minister some time ago.



According to the Hebrew website Ynet, the groom and the bridegroom were sentenced to four months of Israeli community service, while the last 180 hours of public service, in addition to a fine of 2,000 shekels each, with the right to file an appeal against the ruling.


Last year, the groom and his owner, along with 5 other settlers, were convicted of violent crimes and incitement to terrorism.
