Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich agreed, with Transportation Minister Miri Regev , to allocate billions of shekels with the aim of developing roads and infrastructure for settlements in the West Bank and occupied Jerusalem.
According to the Hebrew Channel Seven, the sums will be allocated from the general budget every year.
It will include allocating half a billion shekels to widen the road from the "Ariel" settlement junction to Taffouh.
It will also allocate 136 million shekels to widen access roads to the "Beit El" settlement.
An amount of 2 billion shekels has been allocated for the development of Route 60 settlement.
An amount of 156 million shekels has also been allocated to develop intersections and main roads near Al-Isawiya for the benefit of settlers, and 80 million shekels to expand the eastern ring road in Jerusalem.
The multi-year plan includes the development of other settlement roads in the vicinity of Nablus, Salfit and Qalqilya.
