Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas arrived, Monday afternoon, in the city of Jeddah, at an official invitation from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, to meet with His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman , Crown Prince and Prime Minister, tomorrow, Tuesday, in order to discuss and consult on the latest developments in the Palestinian cause and the situation in region, and strengthening Palestinian-Saudi brotherhood relations.

The President was received at Jeddah Airport, His Royal Highness Prince Badr bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Governor of Makkah Al-Mukarramah Region, a number of officials, and the staff of the Embassy of the State of Palestine.

The President is accompanied on this visit by the Secretary of the Executive Committee of the PLO, Hussein Al-Sheikh, the Head of the Intelligence Service, Major General Majid Faraj, the President's Diplomatic Adviser Majdi Al-Khalidi, and the Palestinian Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Basem Al-Agha.
