Hamas condemns the Israeli raids on Gaza and Lebanon
Hamas condemned, at dawn on Friday, the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip and southern Lebanon .
In two separate statements, Hamas held the Israeli occupation fully responsible for the dangerous escalation and blatant aggression against the Gaza Strip and southern Lebanon, and for the situation in the region.
Hamas said, "The brutal aggression against Gaza, and the continuation of the occupation's violations against Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa, will not achieve security for the occupation, nor will it make it a victory or a right to our land, Jerusalem, and Aqsa, without which there is joy and lives."
She added, "The Zionist aggression against Jerusalem and Gaza will not weaken our rebellious youth and our valiant resistance, which vowed to remain a shield and a sword to protect our people, Jerusalem, and Aqsa," calling on the Palestinians, in all their places of existence, forces and factions, to move unified in an open battle to confront the occupation and its herds. settlers and to thwart their plans to Judaize Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa.
In another statement, the targeting of the vicinity of the city of Tire in southern Lebanon was considered as "reflecting the state of brutality of the fascist occupation leadership, and its policies that threaten security and peace in the region by violating the sovereignty of brotherly Arab countries and the sanctity of Islamic and Christian sanctities, foremost of which is the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque." According to the text of its statement,
And it held the occupation and its leadership fully responsible for the repercussions of this dangerous escalation, affirming its stand and solidarity with Lebanon and its people, calling on the League of Arab States, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and the United Nations to take urgent action to stop the occupation’s crimes, arrogance and violations that exceeded all limits.
