Today, Wednesday, the official spokesman for the presidency, Nabil Abu Rudeineh , said, " The Israeli occupation insists on continuing the desecration of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque and creating an atmosphere of escalation, instability and tension."
He added in a statement: "What Israel is doing in terms of storming the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque and attacking worshipers is a blow to the American efforts that have tried during the last period to create a state of calm and stability in the blessed month of Ramadan."
Abu Rudeineh stressed that what happened this evening in Al-Aqsa Mosque in terms of attacking worshipers, which comes as a continuation of the brutal attacks that took place yesterday, confirms beyond any doubt that the extreme right-wing Israeli government wants to drag the region into further deterioration and instability.
