A Palestinian-Lebanese meeting in support of the prisoners and the disobedience they are carrying out
In Lebanon , a supportive meeting was held for female and male prisoners in the Israeli occupation prisons, and in support of the disobedience they carry out in rejection of the racist occupation policies against them, organized by the Joint Palestinian Action Committee in the Hall of Martyr President Yasser Arafat in the Embassy of the State of Palestine to the Republic of Lebanon.
The meeting was attended by the Ambassador of the State of Palestine to Lebanon, Ashraf Dabour, the Palestinian Minister of Agriculture, Riyad Attari, the Secretary of the Fatah Movement and the PLO factions in Lebanon, Fathi Abu Al-Ardat, members of the leadership of the square, and Sheikh Bilal Al-Mulla, representing the Grand Mufti of the Lebanese Republic, Sheikh Abdel-Latif Darian, and Sheikh Sami Abd. The creator, representing the sheikh of the mind of the Druze monotheistic sect, Sheikh Sami Abi al-Muna, and the general coordinator of the civil campaign in support of Palestine and the issues of the nation Maan Bashour, the secretary and members of the regional leadership and movement leaders in the Lebanese regions, leaders and representatives of Lebanese national parties and forces, Palestinian factions, media representatives and clerics, And the Palestinian scouts and a crowd from the Beirut camps.
The solidarity meeting began with the Lebanese and Palestinian national anthems, followed by standing a minute of silence for the souls of the martyrs of the Palestinian revolution.
Representatives of the Lebanese parties delivered speeches emphasizing standing by the issue of prisoners and detainees in their movement in the face of the Israeli racist measures. The words called for unity among all Palestinian factions, as they serve the Palestinian cause.
The parties' representatives also condemned the occupation's policies against the Palestinian people and their Islamic and Christian sanctities, especially in the city of Jerusalem, and called for an end to its crimes and for the occupation to be tried before international courts.
