Ramallah - exclusive to "Al Quds" dot com - The Palestinian Civil Defense confirmed that the outcome of what its crews dealt with since the beginning of the depression yesterday evening, Sunday, until Monday evening, amounted to 30 accidents in several governorates of the West Bank.

The Director General of Public Relations and Media in the Civil Defense, Nael Al-Azza, told Al-Quds.com: “Civil defense teams dealt with 30 accidents from Sunday evening until Monday evening, within 30 hours, in several governorates in the West Bank, that is, an average of one accident every hour".

According to al-Azza, these incidents included 5 cases of water draining from inside homes and shops in Ramallah, Bethlehem, Jerusalem and Jericho, towing a vehicle in Jenin, and opening a street in Ramallah due to a partial collapse.

Al-Azza called on citizens to adhere to the instructions issued by the competent authorities, to limit the impact of depression, and to quickly call the emergency number 102 in the event of any accident, giving full details of the accident.

Al-Azza stressed the need for the safe use of heating devices by keeping them away from flammable materials, and to ventilate the house before going to sleep, as well as for drivers to drive their vehicles with caution, leaving a sufficient safety distance between vehicles, and avoiding passing water bodies.
