Al-Taweel said in an interview with Al-Quds.com correspondent: The occupation, represented by the prison administration, is committing a real massacre against the female prisoners, as some of them suffer from difficult and harsh health conditions.
She added, "For 4 days, the female prisoners have been taking protest and escalatory steps against the policy of repression and medical negligence, which is practiced systematically by the prison administration, and endangers the patients' lives."
Al-Taweel stressed the importance of immediate and rapid action to save the lives of sick female prisoners, because some female prisoners need immediate transfer to hospitals for treatment, before it is too late.
The editor, Bushra, expressed her joy at meeting her father, and said, "Our freedom is incomplete because of the presence of male and female prisoners in prisons, but my joy is different, because of meeting my father and receiving me. Since 2013, I have only been with my father for 68 days, due to the continuous arrests."
