The National Bank offers its platinum sponsorship to the Young Engineers Forum

Ramallah - With the platinum sponsorship of the National Bank , the Palestinian Engineers Association launched the activities of the Fourth Forum for Young Engineers under the title "Scientific Development and the Future of Engineering Work".


The conference sessions were opened by the Engineers Syndicate, Eng. Nadia Habash, in the presence of a number of union members, and Jamal Musa, Director of the Funds and Commissions Department at the National Bank. ‏


The conference included several sessions and various scientific lectures, including a session on self-employment opportunities presented by "Gaza Sky Geeks", and success stories to inspire young engineers and shed light on job opportunities that exist in light of the rapidly changing labor market, and other sessions on digital marketing, and challenges the local labor market. ‏


Regarding the sponsorship of the forum, Salama Khalil, CEO of the National Bank, touched on the importance of preparing young engineers for the challenges of the labor market in order to know the opportunities in front of them in light of the high rates of unemployment among graduates, and how to optimally employ technology in order to advance this reality and create new entrepreneurial and operational opportunities. In the market.
Khalil praised the efforts made by the Engineers Syndicate to develop the Palestinian engineering sector at all levels, stressing that the relationship between the Bank and the Syndicate is a historical one and a real national strategic partnership.
The forum, which extended over a full day of intensive sessions, was attended by nearly 500 students from fourth and fifth year engineering faculties, in addition to recent graduates from various Palestinian universities. ‏
