Dozens injured by occupation gunfire while waiting for aid in the Gaza Strip.

In a tragic incident, the Al-Saraya field hospital affiliated with the Palestinian Red Crescent Society received more than 40 injuries among citizens who were waiting for humanitarian aid in the northwest of the Gaza Strip. This incident comes at a time when the region is suffering from a severe humanitarian crisis due to the ongoing aggression.

A medical source reported that Israeli occupation forces opened fire on citizens, resulting in the martyrdom of two individuals and injuries to several others. These events reflect the deteriorating security situation in the area, where civilians are at risk while trying to obtain essential aid.

Another young man was martyred due to an airstrike that targeted the Zaitoun neighborhood southeast of Gaza City, increasing the number of dead who have fallen since the onset of the Israeli aggression on October 7, 2023.

According to medical sources, the death toll in the Gaza Strip has risen to 61,944 dead, the majority of whom are children and women, while the number of injuries has reached 155,886. These figures reflect the scale of the humanitarian tragedy experienced by the residents of the region.

Sources confirmed that a number of victims remain under the rubble, as rescue and civil defense teams are unable to reach them due to the continued Israeli bombardment. This situation highlights the urgent need to provide protection for civilians and deliver humanitarian aid promptly.
