The General Authority of Civil Affairs announced today that it had informed the Palestinian Ministry of Health of the death of Ismail Samer Othman Sharafa (18 years old), after being shot by the occupation forces near the town of Hawara, south of Nablus.

Local sources reported that the occupation forces fired live ammunition at the young man, killing him instantly, amid ongoing tension and escalation in the area.

The vicinity of Hawara town has witnessed a continued escalation by the occupation forces, with repeated shootings and attacks against Palestinians in recent weeks.
