Medical sources reported that the twin of the child who died yesterday was martyred due to the cold and low temperatures. He is the sixth infant to die from the cold in a week.

The same sources announced the martyrdom of the infant Ali Al-Batran, who is one month old, this Monday morning. He is the twin of the child Jumaa, who died yesterday due to the cold in a tent in Deir Al-Balah, in the middle of the Strip.

A few days ago, four newborn babies, aged between 4 and 21 days, were killed as a result of low temperatures and severe cold.

According to sources, food insecurity among mothers has caused new cases of illness among children, exacerbating the health situation in light of the difficult conditions the region is experiencing.

For the 451st consecutive day, the occupation forces continue to launch hundreds of raids, artillery shelling, and commit crimes in various parts of the Gaza Strip, committing bloody massacres against civilians, and carrying out horrific crimes in the areas of incursion, amid a catastrophic humanitarian situation as a result of the siege, and the displacement of more than 90% of the population.
