"Civilians must be protected, and there is a need for increased and sustained aid flows throughout Gaza to address the humanitarian situation," they added.

The human suffering in Gaza is unacceptable and cannot continue.

Our condemnation of Hamas is unequivocal.

There is an urgent need for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza.

We fully support the comprehensive ceasefire agreement proposed by President Biden and endorsed by the UN Security Council.
