American Intelligence: Sinwar believes that Hamas will win

American intelligence sources told CNN, “The head of Hamas in the Gaza Strip, Yahya Sinwar, believes that he will ‘win’ and that his movement’s goal is to survive.”

CNN reported last night that US intelligence officials believe that the leader of the Hamas movement in the Gaza Strip, Yahya Sinwar, believes that his organization is capable of surviving Israeli strikes.

According to the report, Sinwar feels fully confident in his approach to the exchange deal and ceasefire negotiations. According to the report.

The same intelligence sources told CNN, "Hamas's goal is to survive, which they would consider a victory if it happened. Sinwar believes that this could happen, at a time when the international standing of the State of Israel is deteriorating."

A senior official in the administration of US President Joe Biden was quoted as saying, "He believes that Sinwar is the winner."

These assessments came a few days after the publication of the letters that Sinwar delivered to the political leadership of Hamas, in which he showed his confidence in Hamas’ survival and the deterioration of Israel’s situation.
