Injuries and vehicles destroyed by Israeli forces and settlers in Hebron and Jericho
Today, Monday, dozens of citizens suffocated as a result of the Israeli occupation forces firing poison gas bombs in the town of Beit Ummar, north of Hebron.
According to local sources, confrontations broke out between young men and Israeli soldiers during the storming of the Safa and Bayyada neighborhoods in the town, causing dozens of citizens to suffocate as a result of inhaling poisonous gas.
The Israeli forces also fired live and rubber bullets, causing the windows of a number of vehicles to be shattered. The occupation soldiers closed the street linking the towns of Beit Ummar and Surif and prevented vehicles from passing.
In Jericho, an elderly man (58 years old) sustained bruises as a result of settlers severely beating him and spraying him with pepper gas while he was traveling along the Al-Marajat Road.
Settlers attacked with stones citizens' vehicles passing through the Al-Marajat Road linking the Ramallah and Jericho governorates, and caused material damage to them.
Settlers also seized a truck with a Palestinian license plate, northwest of Al-Auja.
