Syria: Deaths and injuries due to Israeli bombing of sites in Homs
One person was killed and five others were injured as a result of an aggression that targeted two sites south of the city of Homs (central Syria), according to what Sham FM radio reported today (Monday).
Sham FM radio, which is close to the Syrian government, reported that two explosions sounded south of the city of Homs (central Syria), and preliminary information indicates that the two explosions were caused by an aggression that targeted two sites south of the city of Homs.
The Syrian local radio said, "Initial information indicates that the two explosions were caused by an aggression that targeted two sites south of the city of Homs, and there is no information about any casualties."
For its part, the London-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported hearing the sounds of explosions in the southern and southwestern outskirts of Homs.
Last Saturday, Sham FM radio reported that an Israeli attack targeted a car on the Damascus-Beirut highway near a military checkpoint in the western Damascus countryside, which led to the car being completely burned and the occupants in it killed.
Over the years of the conflict that broke out in Syria in 2011, Israel launched attacks inside Syrian territory on what it considered targets linked to Iran. These attacks intensified with the outbreak of war between the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) and Israel in the Gaza Strip on October 7th.
