Mutual bombardment continues between the Israeli army and Hezbollah
Hezbollah and the Israeli army exchanged bombardment on both sides of the border in southern Lebanon, as sirens sounded in several towns in the Upper Galilee that were bombed by rocket salvoes fired from Lebanese territory.
Israeli aircraft launched several raids on sites in southern Lebanon, while Hezbollah targeted Israeli army positions, gatherings and positions in the border area.
Lebanese Hezbollah announced that it targeted the Meron air control base in Jabal al-Jarmak "with a large missile attack from several launchers."
Israeli media reported that dozens of rockets were fired at the Meron area in the Upper Galilee, where 40 rockets were detected launched from Lebanon and targeted the Meron air control base.
Lebanese sources reported that Israeli artillery bombed the vicinity of the town of Yaroun, and the bombing also targeted the vicinity of Tallet Al-Hamams area in southern Lebanon.
